Are you the type who likes to have their Christmas shopping out of the way by the time the first week in December has ended?
If so, you are a better person than me – and I shall quietly resent you as I scurry around Dundrum on Christmas Eve, trying in vain to work out what the hell my 19-year-old sister might like (kids these days are still into Dora the Explorer, right? Are Westlife still cool?)
And if so, then you really need to be at the Teelings Distilliery this Saturday – where 11 craft producers will be showcasing the sorts of gifts that will make your family and friends genuinely believe you care about them, like, for real.
Oh holy mother.

Also flogging their wares will be The Dublin Honey Project, Keoghs (who have a range of Christmas-flavoured crisps on the shelves), The Little Milk Company (selling Christmas hampers designed for cheese fanatics), the amazing homewares emporium April and the Bear, and print studio Damn Fine Print.
And if you can't make it along on Saturday, but still want to experience Christmas D8-style, the distillery will be having a lighting-up ceremony in Newmarket Square tomorrow at 5.30pm – with carol singing included.
To be fair to Teelings, they've really done the groundwork in adding a layer of class to the city. Lovely work, lads.
