Last week we told you about 'This Brand New Food Market Will Completely Change The Game For Dublin's Foodie Scene'... and we are beyond excited about the vendors they've just announced will be trading at Eatyard.
Eatyard is expected to launch on November 24 and will consist of multiple foodie stalls that'll be switched up on a regular basis.
The food market will be located at 9-10 South Richmond Street, beside The Bernard Shaw.
And the following tasty vendors will kicking things off:
The Bray seafront staple is making its way in to Dublin's city centre, at long last.
Thank God.
They serve up the tastiest, most food-porny gourmet burgers with an urban flare. Filthyyyy.
Yummy, handcrafted doughnuts made in Dublin using only the best ingredients.
The team has conceptualised a build-your-own ice-ceam donut with your choice of donut base adorned with homemade whipped ice cream and your preferred toppings such as homemade Reeses Pieces!
YUM.
This forward-thinking family farm specialising in kid goat, free range rose veal and seasonal wild game are a welcome addition to The Eatyard fam.
They're all about sustainable food sourcing and are trying to promote a more permacultural solution to Ireland's farming needs.
All of their products are 'bi-products' of other industries, yet in their own right, are a solution to one of the biggest problems our generation faces... sustainably feeding the world. Not only do they farm, but they also have their own on-site butchery and farmshop.
Pretty cool.
The idea behind Eatyard is:
"Our aim at Eatyard is to elevate Irish Street Food to a new level and bring a unique casual dining experience to Dublin. We are looking for innovative & creative food producers, chefs, cooks or vendors who follow the ethos of doing something simple really well. Whether you are coming to the market for the first time or bringing your talents from an established kitchen out to the streets, we are interested in hearing from you and what you have to offer."
