We've long raved about Sprout & Co, which has gone from strength to strength since it started serving salads, juices and healthy brekkie options from its café on Dawson Street.
Hot on the heels of a new location on Mount Street, Sprout opened the doors to its third branch on Sir John Rogerson's Quay last week.
The café, which is close to Samuel Beckett Bridge, is located in a restored boathouse, seats 76 customers and has a outside terrace for when the weather picks up.
They're dishing up "perky breakfasts, quirky salads, soups, wraps, cold pressed juices, superfood smoothies, 3FE coffee, Clement & Pekoe tea and more".
We're feeling more virtuous already...
