It's been a long, long week and we all deserve a stiff drink at the end of it.
One of the best ways to blow off the cobwebs is sharing a few cocktails with your mates but we all know the crushing disappointment of taking that first sip and being greeted with someone that tastes like it should be a five-year-old's lunchbox.
Don't worry, folks - we've got your back.
We've searched high and low for the best beverages in the city and you definitely can't go wrong with the likes of Vintage Cocktail Club, Bow Lane, Peruke & Periwig and The Liquor Rooms .

"One of my favourite spots in Dublin for a leisurely cocktail was Upstairs at Kinara Kitchen in Ranelagh, where Paul Lambert and the team whipped up all sorts of wonderful creations. So, I was horrified to hear that it had closed its doors. Luckily, Paul is now involved with The Blind Pig speakeasy in town and I'm reliably informed that the cocktails are as good as ever."
