A New ELY Wine Bar And Restaurant Is Opening In Dundrum

A brand new wine bar is set to open at the new Pembroke District development in Dundrum later this year.

ELY is bringing its multi award-winning wine list to Dundrum Town Centre's new foodie district, with its third branch set to open in December. The wine bar already has two locations in Dublin – a brasserie at George’s Dock in the Docklands and another wine venue at Ely Place in Dublin 2. The third ELY branch is opening as part of the new regeneration of the Pembroke District, offering more exceptional dining choices than ever before. Mad Egg, LEON, Fallon & Byrne and the Stella Bowl have all already confirmed that they will be launching in the same area over the next 12 months. Established over 20 years ago with a passion for artisan wine and seasonal ingredients, ELY Dundrum will serve their signature dining offer including the best of Irish produce, along with a choice of over 1,200 wines, craft beers, specialist whiskeys, Irish gins and cocktails.
