This scorching weather has us extreeemely thirsty, but we still need our caffeine fix every single day, all day (the sun doesn't solve our never-ending sleepiness.)
No one wants to drink a piping hot coffee in this gorge weather though, which is why we're thanking our lucky stars that Love Supreme, who have stores in Stoneybatter and Portobello, have turned their legendary flat whites into a heavenly chilled creation ready-to-go.
Ken from Love Supreme told us that their Chilled Flat Whites, aka 'Chilly Flatties' are made with Koppi Coffee Roasters Silent Shout Espresso at the moment with Village Dairy Farm organic milk with a hint of organic demerara simple syrup for balance.
He said: "We make them for coffee lovers, they're straight up, not fussy, not dessert like and very practical, they taste way you love to drink your daily coffee but chilled, they're pretty lovely."
And mmmmm do they look VERY lovely indeed.
These handy beauties are €3.10 per bottle or €15.50 for the six pack, so you can store them in your fridge or - god forbid - even share them with friends if you're feeling extra sound.
This is exactly what we need in our lives right now.
