Dublin's first dedicated cookie café is set to open in the Liberties this March.
You may have encountered The Dublin Cookie Co. before, having set up their stall offering American-style cookies in tiny community markets and huge festivals since March 2014, partners Jenny and Elaine have finally set up shop on Thomas Street.
A few on the biscuity treats you will be able to enjoy at the new café are sea salted caramel & toasted pecan cookies, peanut butter & chocolate dip cookies, white chocolate & cranberry cookies, carrot cake cookie sandwiches, and banoffee cookie sandwiches.
Since cookies go hand in hand with milk, you'll also find a variety of milks to choose from, like almond milk, or flavoured ones like strawberry or chocolate.
If you prefer your oversized biscuits with a hot beverage, however, the café will also be serving tea from Clement and Pekoe and coffee from Coffee Culture.

You'll also be able to pick up cookie dough from the shop, so you can make your own cookies at home (or boldly eat it straight from the jar).

The Dublin Cookie Co.'s grand opening takes place at 29 Thomas Street, 12pm on March 5.
