Dublin's food scene is absolutely thriving right now, with incredible new spots popping up left, right and centre.

The only problem? Trying to choose between all the delish eateries for a slap-up meal at the weekend. Don't stress though, my greedy little goose: we've got you covered.

These five new restaurants in town are oozing with great flavours and even better vibes. Here's where you should try snag a table before it's too late...

1. Clanbrassil House, Clanbrassil Street

Pick from a range of small plates and charcoal grilled dishes, including the likes of Middlewhite pig cheek sausage with lentils and mustard at this stylish restaurant from the owners of Bastible.

2. The Seafood Cafe, Temple Bar

Hearty, comforting dishes such as Fish Pies, Soft Shell Crab Tacos, a Smoked Haddock and Cockle Chowder, and a Grilled Seafood Platter will appeal to seafood lovers in this effortlessly cool spot in the heart of the city.

3. The Bonsai Bar, Fade Street

Located upstairs in Taste at Rustic, this new place does high end cocktails influenced by Japan, paired with sake and Japanese bar snacks, like Wagyu Beef and Akame Tuna, offering something very new to the Dublin dining and bar scene.

4. Bujo, Sandymount

More casual then the others on this list but by no means less tasty, this new burger joint is revolutionising the humble creation. Flamegrilled double burger patties with American cheese and crispy round bacon for the perfect bite. Don't leave without getting one of their thick shakes.

5. Host, Ranelagh

A simple approach of "small plates and quality cuts", this minimalist dream does Salami, Nduja ,Olives & Smoked Garlic (€12), Pappardelle Duck Ragu (€11/21), Pumpkin Cappellacci & Sage Butter (€8/€15) and many more intriguingly named dishes.
