This Irish Driver Was Caught By The Gardaí Applying Eye Make Up While Driving

These days, it almost seems like it's another day, another chaotic driver is caught by the Gardaí. 

Everyone who has ever driven, been driven or has even watched the news will know crazy road users are more often the norm rather than the exception - but we thought this was just reckless.
