It's late June, and here in Lovin Dublin that means one thing: it's time to get excited about the 4th of July, the one day of the year where it's acceptable to eat your bodyweight in deliciously decadent burgers, hot dogs, spicy wings, ice cream and just about any all-American snack you can lay your hands on.
