Vegan livin' is all the rage at the moment, and we couldn't be happier. Dublin has a plethora of great food spots, that serve only the most nourishing and delicious vegan food.
So, do your body and your tastebuds a favour by trying out one of these vegan hotspots this week.

Cornucopia is a safe haven for vegans, in a busy city filled with meaty lunch options. Their whole menu is pretty incredible, but it's their take on scrambled eggs and toast that takes the biscuit.
Fluffy, light and delicious - this will keep you full all day.

Their decadent all day Umi plate consists of eight, yes, EIGHT pieces of falafel, a salad of your choice, hummus, two spinach rolls and four stuffed vine leaves.

This decadent beauty is the one and only chia burger from Sova Food Vegetarian Butcher. It looks just as good as any other burger joint produce out there, and is so much better for you.
We're talking roasted portobello mushrooms, jalapeno mayo, red onion marmalade, roasted courgettse, and fermented cucumber all wrapped up nicely in a poppy seed bun.
Staple Foods swooped in a few years ago to singlehandedly debunk the myth that salad isn't filling, and we couldn't be more grateful.
Their superfood salad is the stuff of dreams, incorporating all the good stuff you could ever imagine into one handy, yet enormous, bowl. You get roast cherry tomatoes, citrus carrots, mixed greens, kale, fresh green asparagus, toasted almonds and orange and lime dressing with optional hummus and falafel.
The Big Blue Bus pretty much goes hand in hand with good times and great eats. And the fact that they cover every dietary preference is one of the reasons we love them so much.
The voluptuous vegan contains organic spinach, cashew nuts, wild mushrooms, red peppers, organic cheery tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, red onion and is served with a delicious vegan pesto. Enough to satisfy even the hungriest of humans.

This salad has it all - broccoli, avocado, courgetti, quinoa, feta and sprouted greens, all served with a healthy drizzle of Asian dressing.
With this, you get to choose your base and your 'super sprinkle' on top, so get yourself a base of cubed and roasted sweet potato with a 'super sprinkle' of seeds, nuts and herbs, and you're onto a total winner.
It's all in the name, this stuff makes you happy just by eating it, and that's no mean feat.
Happy Food's stir fry is a healthy take on the previously indulgent classic. So you get all the taste, and none of the guilt - what more could you ask for?
The menu in Blazing Salads changes every day, but they seem to always have a whopper hot pot filled with really delicious grub, mixing the healthy with the indulgent.
In this pasta dish you'll find organic brown rice pasta, served with roasted ratatouille vegetables and vegan feta cheese. Also pictured is their organic short grain brown rice, served with pak choi, soya & ginger. Delicious, and most importantly, filling.

You can put anything from bulgar wheat to avocado, to edamame to pomegranate in here, and you're sure to be full until dinner time.
