So someone's decided to drop hints about your unhealthy lifestyle, and has got you a Nutribullet for Christmas.
Excellent! This changes everything, and the new, clean you starts RIGHT NOW. Or tomorrow at least.
But wait... What do you even put in a Nutribullet?
No need to panic, there are literally hundreds of foods you can throw into this nifty gadget that will literally pulverise anything.
Aptly named the healthiest smoothie ever, this mixture combines kale, berries of your choice (raspberries being used here), Greek yogurt, banana, lemon, ice and water.
A great way to cleanse the palate before the main course.
This has everything and anything chucked in and will be sure to keep your body up to speed with your mind.
This beauty is made up of: baby carrots, beetroot, berries, pineapple, banana, Swiss chard, kale/cabbage (or collard greens to Yanks), protein milk, chia seeds, organic golden flax seeds, pumpkin and sesame seeds, almonds, cashews, quinoa, orange juice or coconut water, a dash of supplements, non-fat yogurt and local organic honey to sweeten.
Be sure to shake well!
Easier than you'd think.
