One of the best things about a sunny day is the joy it brings to your doggo.
Seeing them run after birds, snif through the grass and just having general doggy banter is the cutest thing to watch.
When it's that bit warmer you're willing to go the extra mile (literally) when it comes to walkies. Why not take a step away from your usual route and go somewhere new and exciting? Your pupper will love you for it. And hey, if you don't have a dog of your own, you can go dog-spotting and try pet as many noggins as possible.
Here's some deadly spots for a dog-filled adventure:
1. Dollymount Strand
A big open space for your woofer to leg it around the place with his tongue hanging out his mouth. Dollymount is one of the prettiest beaches ever and it's always a good place to pick up some gorge shells for your bathroom...

You could literally be here all day long running through the sand dunes and dipping your toes in the Irish Sea. Even better, when that's all said and done there's an adorable coffee container shop by the beach called
Happy Out that sells delish coffee and sambos -
IDEAL.
2. Bushy Park
Every time I go to Bushy Park I find another section to it that I'd never seen before, it's huge.
Bushy Park is a stunning place with booming food stall markets on the weekend. There's so much to see and a lot of great patches for a game of fetch.
Your yapper wont believe their luck.
3. Killiney Hill
Killiney Hill has one of the most incredible views of the city, especially with clear skies on a sunny day. From the top you can see all of the landmarks that shape Dublin and it's a little
too fun picking them all out.
The grassy hills and woodland make for the perfect doggo walking destination.
4. Marley Park
Most famously known for summer concerts, Marley Park is actually a deadly spot for dog walkers.
There so much space to run around and there's always loads of woofers on site for them to sniff tails with.
5. Ticknock Hill
A forest to explore and a hill to climb, you can't go wrong.
Once you get to the top, you'll just have to whip out thew camera for a majestic shot of your fluffy friend.
6. Dun Laoghaire Pier
A gorgeous walk down by the sea and around a stunning lighthouse.
If you're lucky you might spot a sea doggo.
You'll have to stop off for a Teddy's ice cream at the end, puppers love ice cream.
7. The Grand Canal Walk
I walk down the canal every morning on my way to work and I'm still not fed up of it. It's simply stunning and so full of life.
The canal boats are super Instagrammable and there's loads of benches to stop off and take it all in. It's super close to the city centre, so if you're dog isn't into cars, this route is ideal.
8. Sandymount Strand
Fresh, salty air and lots of puddles make for a very happy doggo.
