This Unique Irish Comedy Is Being Screened At The Light House Cinema Next Week

If you like to show your support for budding Irish talent, and enjoy a good comedy, then you might want to check out this screening of the rather unique The Middle Finger at The Light House Cinema on August 18.

The film tells the story of Dennis, an aimless and awkward teenager whose life gets turned upside down when he's transformed into a superhero in a middle finger-shaped costume in order to save the world. 

We told you it was unique. 

The screening will also include a Q&A with Séamus Hanly, the director and star of the film, who will be talking about how he managed to bring his movie to the big screen.

This is the first Irish film to be acquired by the North American film studio Troma Entertainment, which has helped launch the careers of Matt Stone and Trey Parker (South Park) and James Gunn (The Guardians Of The Galaxy). 

The Middle Finger will be screened in the Light House Cinema at 10.30pm on Friday, August 18 and you can pick up tickets HERE.
