We've told you guys about Brioche in Ranelagh before...
It's one of our favourite places to visit when we're craving something a little bit different.
Their latest venture has caught our eye.
And for all of the right reasons.
The Brioche Taste Experiment will kick off this evening, Wednesday, May 3 and will continue every Wednesday thereafter.
To "address a notorious issue within the restaurant industry: the 'fine dining' and 'over priced' stigma attached to tasting menus".
About time...
It's only €29 for five freakin' courses!
"Our tasting menu is our raison d'être, and a true measure of our ability, yet it is rarely experienced by our guests.
We want to showcase the quality of the food and the enjoyment of the event at an inarguable price."
This is where you shall find us every Wednesday from today onwards.
It'll be an undoubtedly unique experience — no two weeks the same.
The feedback Brioche will receive every week will sculpt their menu going forward...
"We will be encouraging our guests to offer as much insight as possible so as our weekend tasting menu will truly be the result of a collaboration with those whom we serve."
You get to taste great food for a total bargain, and they, in turn, get your insightful feedback.
