This Outdoor Workout Event In Dublin This Sunday Sounds Like Unreal Craic

We've told you guys about Pound Fit a few times now.

It's a mixture of working out, dancing and drumming - as the name would suggest, the entire workout is inspired by drumming!

The sticks used are known as 'Ripstix' and are lightly weighted to help you burn calories and tone up while rocking out to your favourite tunes. 

If you haven't tried it by now, we're kinda disappointed in you - but fear not, now is your chance. 

Carla from Pound Fit Dublin is teaming up with the legends from Gym+Coffee to host a free outdoor class this Sunday in Dublin. 

It'll all be kicking off in Bushy Park, Terenure, Dublin from 10am on Sunday.
