This Room Share Ad Proves Renting In Dublin Has Reached An All Time Low

We've seen some bad rental properties over the past few months, but this one is definitely at the top of the list.

It's difficult to come across a decent place that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, and unfortunately it leads to a lot of people having to make do with less than ideal circumstances...

This bedroom share ad was posted on Daft.ie and while sharing your room with someone can be an option to consider to help save a bit of money, this takes the biscuit, because you would have to share a double bed with a complete stranger.

The double bedroom is up for rent at €250, but is it worth it?

You'd be sharing the actual bed with a man who is in his 20s.

The two bedroom apartment is located on North Great George's Street and already has three people living there, so we can only guess that it's two people per room.

The ad reads that the room is "bed sharing" and so would be suitable "only for easy going tenants".

The bills would be split on top of the €250 price mark and is available immediately, but we're nor so sure if a lot of people would be willing to get up close to sleeping beside a complete stranger.

Absolutely outrageous.
