Happenings Yoga is dressing up Dartmouth Square for a meditative morning full of yoga, fruit and refreshments next Saturday, June 18. It is a free event to celebrate the practice known to improve the health of our mind, body, and soul.
Partnered with The Indian Embassy and Dublin City Council, Happenings Yoga will open up proceedings at 10.45am followed by a class lead by instructor Mari Kennedy. You can take a gander at the Facebook event here to get all the deets.

Can't wait 'til next week? Happenings Yoga holds both indoor and outdoor classes (weather dependent) every Wednesday at 6pm and Saturday at 11am.
