This Dublin Restaurant Only Seats 24 People And It’s All Booked Out Until August 2017

Lovers of fine dining, we've a bit of bad news for you – Heron & Grey is all booked out until August of this year.

If you're unfamiliar with the Blackrock restaurant, it attracted a lot of attention back in October for bagging its first Michelin star, the only new star that Ireland picked up at The Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland 2017 Live Launch.

Speaking to IrishTimes.com, co-owner Damien Grey revealed the idea behind the 24-seater, toilet-free restaurant:

We're not doing anything new, we're not breaking any major boundaries but what we try to do is balance the food, it's very important the food has the five senses as such, you know?

You can find Heron & Grey at 19a Main Street, Blackrock.
