The Luas Will Be FREE All Day On Sunday – If You’re Wearing A Christmas Jumper

Conditions are looking good for a spot of shopping in town this weekend, as you'll be able to travel on the Luas for free all day on Sunday, November 27 – all you have to do is wear a Christmas jumper!

Luas, in association with DublinTown, is pulling the stunt in order to pull off a world record attempt for most people in Christmas jumpers, assembling at 4pm on O'Connell Street this Sunday.

You don't even need an actual festive sweater either, as there'll be a 'Make Your Own' stand nearby where you can attach baubles and bows to your clothing.

The stunt was attempted last year and while the turnout was good, there just wasn't enough to break the record.
