We rarely get this excited about anything.
Like there's excited... and then there's holy-sh*t-The-Dead-Rabbit-is-in-Dublin excited.
We are the latter.
The Dead Rabbit's first Irish homecoming launches at The Westbury Hotel's hottest new addition, The Sidecar tonight.
After weeks of intrigue, the five-day event taking place over September 28 to October 2 sold out in the blink of an eye.
Those fortunate enough to have nabbed tickets will descend upon their 90-minute slots grinning like a Cheshire cat, ready to take in all that The Dead Rabbit has to offer.
Hopping across the pond, over from New York for a five-day run, the residency represents a merging of two worlds - pre-prohibition in the 1850’s when gangs patrolled the streets of Lower Manhattan fused with the whirlwind glitz and glamour of a 1930’s party at The Sidecar, Dublin.
Guests will be privy to The Dead Rabbit’s finest selection of cocktail offerings with an emphasis on The Dead Rabbit’s Irish Whiskey roots.
The menu will include the ‘Spell Spoke’; Slane Irish Whiskey, Hibiscus, Kaffir Lime Leaf, Ginger, Lime, Chamomile and Citrus Bitters, the ‘Eye Candy’; Teeling Single Grain Irish Whiskey, Peach, Fig, Cinnamon, Lemon, Chamomile and Black Cardamon, the ‘Tom, Dick & Harry’; Ketel One Vodka, Pisco, Strawberry, Rhubarb, Fennel and the ‘Irish Coffee’;Jameson Irish Whiskey, Demerara Sugar Syrup, Coffee, Cream.

In a nutshell, it's bar royalty.
The Dead Rabbit is the brainchild of Belfast boys, Sean Muldoon and Jack McGarry, and has topped the list of the World’s Best 50 Bar’s since it opened in New York City in 2012.
