The Healthiest Food Market In Dublin

Ireland is known for it's amazing farmers market scene and in Dublin we definitely have a lot of amazing famers markets to shout out loud about. Everyone has a favourite and it's usually a local market where you know the stall holders, love the produce and have a little tradition of visiting it every weekend.

My favourites are the Dun Laoghaire and Temple Bar markets but I'm trying to get out and visit more markets that I haven't been to before. The SuperNaturals market on Pearse Street every Saturday is definitely worth visiting if you're both a fan of food and are health conscious. Not only for the great food on offer but for the atmosphere too.

As well as the many organic fruits and vegetables to choose from there are stalls selling artisan breads, cheese, meats, fish, guilt-free cakes, health supplements, and spreads and sauces made from wild, foraged foods. You can also buy organic beauty products from Dublin based company Dublin Herbalists. The market is based on Pearse Street so right in the centre of town if you’re in over the weekend doing some shopping. We're huge fans of the Tartine Bakery so you might bump into us in there buying a loaf for the weekend.

It's open every Saturday from 9.30am to 3.30pm, so if you're in town today pop in and treat yourself to a few tasty bits to eat over the weekend.
