If you've looked out a window today in Dublin, you'll have seen that the city is covered in the darkest, most evil-looking clouds imaginable – along with patches of promising blue, and an oppressive heat that's making our clothes stick relentlessly to our bodies.
So, you're probably wondering: which way is it going to go?
According to Met Éireann, you can leave the umbrella to one side for the morning – but the rain's a-comin' later on in the day, and the mugginess may be boosted by some drifting sea fog.
Dry for much of today with a mixture of cloud and sunny spells but there is a risk of isolated showers breaking out this afternoon and evening. Some sea fog may drift on to coasts from time to time also.

They've also added that there won't be much in the way of a wind to clear all of this away – and the light winds are coming from the southeast, meaning they'll only add to this muggy warmth.
Winds will be light, occasionally moderate, south to southeast and it will become quite warm by afternoon. Highest temperatures 19 to 21 degrees Celsius.
