So, unless you've been living under a substantially large crane, you'll know that boom times, and boom practice are definitely, definitely back. 

Between charging over €7 for a pint, or tiny cottages going for insane money – the telltale signs are right in front of us. 

And we've just become acutely aware of yet another telltale boom sign – charging for cordial. 

Actually, let us rephrase that – charging €2 for cordial.
