This Sunday Brunch At The Dean Looks Like Absolute Heaven For Yoga Fans

While it might be tempting to fall into 'Netflix and chill' mode at the weekend, there's something extra satisfying about fitting some exercise into your downtime.

Luckily, there's a very cool event happening at the Dean Hotel this weekend that will make it much easier to cast aside the duvet in favour of something a whole lot more virtuous.

The Yoga Brunch takes place this Sunday and is the brainchild of yogi Katie Parsons and Indy Power of The Little Green Spoon, bringing together two of our favourite things – yoga and yummy food.

After being put through their paces with an hour-long dynamic yoga class, attendees will tuck into a scrumptious and healthy lunch menu created especially for the event by Indy.
