Garda Armed Support Unit Attended An Alleged Stabbing In City Centre This Evening

A man has been arrested following an alleged stabbing in Dublin city centre this evening. 

The Garda Armed Support Unit and Gardaí attended the incident in which a man is believed to have been stabbed in the hand by another man. 

The incident occurred after 5pm on Bachelor's Walk boardwalk. 

Sources told Journal.ie that the incident was not "major".
