A Human Blockade Could Take Place Ahead Of The All-Ireland Football Final

There were a lot of happy faces bouncing around North Dublin yesterday as Limerick defeated Galway in the All-Ireland Hurling Final.

However, some Dubliners were left a bit peeved at certain restrictions that the event caused around Croke Park. This tweet was sent out notifying Gardaí that coaches were blocking cycle lanes on the Alfie Byrne Road.

The Dublin Cycling Group then followed up by saying action would be taken if this type of activity persists.

The frustration with buses parking on the Alfie Byrne cycle path during @CrokePark events is increasing all the time.

Another group, I BIKE Dublin, stated that a human blockade could possibly take place ahead of the All-Ireland Football Final between Dublin and Tyrone on Sunday September 2.
