It's that time of the week again when we've forgotten about the horrors of last weekend's hangover, and start dreaming about the possibilities of this weekend.
Hopes are high, inhibitions are low - and we're still dreading checking our bank balance, but we'll manage somehow.

Trinity College's incredible Science Gallery is kicking off its newest exhibition Sound Check this weekend which will see visitors become performers alongside hackers, designers and scientists, inventing new instruments and collaborating to explore the outer edge of sound.
The works presented in the exhibition delve into the moment between practice and performance, design and reality, where new musical tools make us hear our world differently.
And the best bit? It's totally free.
Bar Rua are having a redhead festival to celebrate their ginger roots.
This includes a day of live music and a celebration of all things ginger. Proceeds from the event will be going to the charity MS Ireland. No tickets needed, just head on down during the day.

A day out for all the family, Dublin Kite Festival is the perfect way to shake off the cobwebs and breathe in some fresh air.
Taking place on Sunday, June 18 at North Bull Island, Clontarf.
