Paddy's Day is always chaos.
Crowds, spilt drinks and screamin' young ones is the forecast for the day, and we're not even counting the parade!
However, where there's a will, there's a way. Here are some events on where you can hide out in while the tsunami of tourists take over the streets.
The funnest club in Dublin is at it again, donning the name 'Máthair' for the weekend that's in it.
However, tickets for this will sell out, so get your skates on and buy one here.
Fancy a trip out of the capital altogether? Well we've got just the thing.
Well, this Louth festival has you sorted with names like Julio Bashmore, DJ Deece and Ejeca.

Want a traditional Paddy's Day without paying €7 for pints? Then this is night for you.
A full blown céilí kicks off at 8pm, and who knows what's going to follow that. Bring your instruments and your best broken Irish, as everyone's invited.
We wrote about this a while ago, and you guys got pretty excited about it. This party is exactly what it says on the tin, with 1991 beats all night long.
Expect lots of Salt 'n' Pepa, Nirvana, DJ Jazzy Jeff and Metallica.

This event boasts something for everyone, with DJs playing oldies, Ringo: Music Bingo, Dead Cool Disco from 10pm, a Spud-Gun Shooting Content, a Tea Tasting Contest (Barrys or Lyons) and so much more.
Into food and not into drunken crowds?
Well get stuck into some sumptuous locally caught fresh seafood, cookery demonstrations and deadly music and entertainment at the Dublin Bay Prawn Festival.
A perfect activity for friends or family who are over from afar.
This St. Patrick's Day will see a Berlin house music legend, Soundstream (aka Frank Timm aka Soundhack aka one half of Smith n Hack) take the lead at Pygmalion.
Starting from 1pm, this is sure to be a big, big night.
Are you into synths? Well, have we got good news for you.
Music for 18 Machines is a reimagining performance of Steve Reich’s minimal 1976 piece Music for 18 Musicians on its 40th anniversary, set in the gorgeous surroundings of St Patrick's Cathedral.
The pair will be using 18 synthesizers on stage.
This event spans for 12 hours (3pm – 3am) of musical prowess and Whelan's-esque charm.
Whelan's have paired up with O'Hara's to bring you 14 of the best up and coming Irish acts on the most Irish day of the year, followed by an Indie Disco.
Sure what more could you want?
Sugar Club is spoiling us on Paddy's Day with David Holmes and God's Waiting Room: a round-about selection of the cinematic, library music, rock 'n' roll, psych, experimental, unclassifiable and independent from the mind of DJ, producer and creator of original soundtracks, David Holmes.
The Bowery is hosting a boat party this Paddy's Day with live music from some of Dublin's best trad band, kicking things off from 4pm.
Head down to witness some of Ireland’s top session players, delivering high energy performances without any cheese. Expect everything from Soul, Funk, Pop, Dance, Swing, Rock, Jazz and Blues.
Want to shake the cobwebs off before a day of boozing?
Aware's 12th annual Harbour2Harbour walk will take place on Friday 17 March 2017.
Participants can walk from Howth to Dun Laoghaire OR Dun Laoghaire to Howth on this beautiful 16 mile jaunt around Dublin Bay on Paddy's Day, while also enjoying a Halfway Hooley with tea/coffee, music and refreshments.
