This year, The Gibson are really pulling out all the stops for the Christmas festive season. They have lots of surprises, including Ireland's tallest indoor Christmas tree and a giant Bethlehem star which shines brightly in their courtyard. Their Christmas food market is one of a kind in Dublin serving a variety of dishes and treats from €25 per person which include delicious spiced sausage with diced shallots, a mouth-watering hot roast station serving smoked bacon ribs and spit roast whole pork to daube of beef with sautéed potatoes. Our mouths are watering just thinking of it!
