Clonakilty Food Co. has grown from a small butcher shop to one of Ireland's best known brands. Traditionally their products were served as part of a breakfast but now their ingredients are used to add flavour to many different recipes. A personal favourite is throwing some of their black pudding into a chicken and rocket salad - it brings it from zero to hero!
