If there's one thing I know, it's my G&Ts.
From the ratio of gin to tonic, to the carefully chosen complimentary garnish, the sharp taste of quinine and just enough carbonation for an exciting fizz – nothing makes me happier than a perfectly constructed G&T.
Gin, glorious gin.
We've rounded up some of the best gin and tonics we've tasted in the last year or so – and here they are.
'Floating Berries' is the best-looking G&T I've ever drank.
With Tanqueray gin, elderflower tonic, raspberries, champagne and topped with fresh flowers – it is just SO pretty. But it is far from cheap.

With their new Gin Experience, The Black Door are seriously upping their game.
Carefully chosen unique gins with a splash of sharp Thomas Henry tonic – yes.

Wilde have a signature G&T menu with over ten different combos. The one I gravitate towards time and time again is the Glendalough Spring Gin and tonic.
With Fever Tree elderflower tonic, lime and raspberries – all measured and poured together in front of you at your table using some crazy contraptions – it's an experience in itself.

There's nothing like a G&T out on the terrace after a long day of #werk.
And they've a wide range to choose from, you'll be spoiled for choice.

A stone's throw from Grafton Street, the relatively-new and super trendy Lemon & Duke have an impressive G&T list.

Home of Dingle Gin in Dublin, The Porterhouse do some great gin muddles for a tenner.
Our personal favourite is their watermelon-spiked gin masterpiece.

These guys knock it off of the park when it comes to gin.
They've a menu based on gins from every county in Ireland – which we adore the idea of.
Cherry blossom tonic water with Irish Short Cross gin?
YES PLEASE.

This hidden gem has a serious focus on gin.
The perfect place to duck in out of the cold over Christmas, right beside Trinners.

Last but not least, the royal home of gin: The Gin Palace.
